Roles & Responsibility

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Taxation with solid expertise in Direct Taxes, TDS/TCS, Transfer Pricing, Ind AS, and statutory compliances. The role involves handling tax assessments, audits, treasury operations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct tax & transfer pricing assessments and representation before tax authorities
- Supervision of Income Tax, TDS & TCS compliances and return filings
- GL review, reconciliations, and month-end closures
- Audit support and preparation of Ind AS financials
- Treasury operations, banking liaison & process automation




- Driving process improvements and strong internal controls

Requirements

Eligibility:

-
CA / CMA with 10–12 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax & Ind AS
- Experience in handling assessments and audits
- Detail-oriented with strong team management skills

- Direct tax & transfer pricing assessments and representation before tax authorities
- Supervision of Income Tax, TDS & TCS compliances and return filings

- Treasury operations, banking liaison & process automation
- Driving process improvements and strong internal controls
