We are seeking a competent Civil Engineer with approximately 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project activities including planning, site execution, quality control, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and company standards.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
3 years of hands-on experience in construction/site engineering.
Exposure to residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of estimation, billing, and quantity surveying.
Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
