Experience: *Min 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing domain (Through knowledge in Customs, GST, SEZ, MOOWR, FTP and International Trades Rules, Regulations & procedure.*

Salary: As Per Industry Standards

*Job Summary:*
Take responsibility for overall performance of the Commercial Department , Legal and Statutory compliance by adhering complex rules, policies and procedures that regulate our business practices.

*Job Responsibilities:*
1.

Ensure Legal and Statutory compliance with regard to all activities connected with Customs, GST, SEZ, MOOWR, DGFT,



Foreign Trade and Central Excise departments by filing all Returns on time, paying applicable duties and taxes, following the rules & procedures etc.
2.

Submit necessary representations to the Central Govt.

to retain the existing duty exemptions and benefit of other schemes ( IGCRD , RoDTEP etc).
3.

Give current suggestions to the Central Govt.

“as budget proposals” which will support the growth of business.
