- 5 to 12 years of IT experience, with minimum of 2 to 3 years in L2.5 production support in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or an investment management / financial services environment.
- Domain expertise in Investment Management/Capital Markets enabling determine business impact of incidents (optional).
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for investment systems, market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters), and internal portfolio accounting/analytics software.
- Acting as a rapid-response resource (as needed) for live trade execution environments, minimizing systemic down-time, and maintaining strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Experience working with peripheral systems integrated with Aladdin/ SimCorp/Calypso/FactSet or similar IM platforms (Aladdin exp not mandatory)




- Robust knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system-to-system data flows
- Experience into scripting (Python/PLSQL) is required
- Kubernetes is good to have
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation
- Acting as a rapid-response resource (as needed) for live trade execution environments, minimizing systemic down-time, and maintaining strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including 24X7 on call support

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad)
