The primary role of a Customer Relationship Representative (CRR) is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle their queries and concerns efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide customers with timely updates.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guide them regarding the company's products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer retention.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including CRM software and MS Excel.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualification

- Graduate or Undergraduate (relevant experience preferred).

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
