Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Team Lead – Distribution Sales to manage field sales operations, strengthen distributor networks, and drive business growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in distribution sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales performance and competitor activities.
- Coach and support the sales team through field visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports,



and share business insights with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Travel extensively across Kerala for distributor meetings, market development, and team management.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–2 years of experience in Distribution Sales, Channel Sales, Field Sales, or FMCG Sales.
- Experience in handling or coordinating a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
