Job Summary:

We are looking for an executive to manage client communications, understand business requirements, share proposals and quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role also involves follow-ups on projects, contracts, and payments while ensuring accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.





Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international clients to understand their market research requirements and business objectives.
- Share proposals, sample reports, quotations, and other relevant information with clients and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the research team to address client queries, customization requests, and project requirements.
- Maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on approvals, contracts, and payment status to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and project updates in internal database.

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and email communication.
