Role: Analytics (Insights) Manager / Analytics (Insights) Lead
Location: Mumbai / Hybrid
Reporting to: CEO
Experience Required: 7+ Years of Experience
What would you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
- Understand our data analytics systems and reports, then work with them to deliver insights on fresh releases and features.
- Have the ability to communicate complex information very succinctly and simply.
- Use the power of analysis to make a dramatic shift in the
- IAP conversion and ARRPUs
- Retention of the games
- Increasing the LTV of our games using a solid blend of IAPs and Ads.
- Drive the “Analytics” function for products assigned by working with the Analytics team and the CEO with side collaboration with the Product Teams.
- Create & interpret meaningful insights and suggestions for products based on the data collected & reported.
- Play competitor games, analyse them and suggest features we could add to our games.
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
- Extensive work experience as an Analytics Manager / Lead or Owner in analysing mobile games or mobile app data
- Experience working in an app company or a Mobile Games Company in an Analytics function focusing on insights and analysis. (This is NOT a data mining role)
- An Analytics Manager who understands key metric measurements and how to interpret them
- Analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently
- Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented workplace
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma Degree holder in Science/Commerce fields or any other equivalent educational background.
