Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Design Associate to support

design, project execution, site coordination, inventory management, and business

development initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end project delivery and the opportunity to

work closely with the Founder on both operational and growth-focused activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

1. Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings.

2. Develop layouts, technical drawings, and project documentation.

3. Coordinate design revisions and site-based drawing updates.

Project Coordination & Site Supervision

1. Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and quality.

2. Coordinate with technicians, installers, contractors, and vendors.

3. Track project timelines and proactively identify potential delays.

4. Maintain photographic records and provide regular project updates.

Inventory & Asset Management

1. Manage records of company tools,



equipment, and site inventory.

2. Monitor utilization and maintenance of company assets.

Business Development Support

1. Assist in lead generation and customer outreach activities.

2. Support client follow-ups, quotations, and proposal preparation.

3. Contribute to business development and project acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, OR
- ITI Draughtsman (Civil), OR
- NCVT/SCVT Certified Draughtsman (Civil)
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD
- Ability to independently conduct site measurements and prepare drawings
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

Preferred Profile:

- Based in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations
- Comfortable with frequent site travel
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Strong interest in interiors, furniture, project execution, and business operations
