Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Interface with the technical team and explain the functionality/ user stories.

- - Participate in seeking right solution on the salesforce platform.

- - Review solution documents and UI designs to ensure accurate technical translation that aligns with requirements, business processes, and customer expectations.

- - Also, review other artifacts related to the project as needed for example (Testing related docs, POC related documents).

- - Understand complex customer requirements, simplify them, and document user stories.

- - Possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- - Stay informed about recent technologies and system engineering concepts.

- - Analyze the business structure, its technology utilization, and objectives.

- - Persuade internal and external stakeholders on the advantages of new technology or strategies, and oversee their implementation.

- - Optionally, conduct workshops and training sessions.

- Required Skills:

- - Certification in the Salesforce platform is a must.

- - Previous experience and hands-on work with Salesforce projects are essential.

- - Preferred domain experience in Banking, BFSI, Lending, Insurance, and Manufacturing.

- - Robust communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are a necessity.
