eaccountants Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sincere, hardworking, and reliable Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

- Filing and maintaining office documents
- Scanning, photocopying, and organizing records
- Handling office documentation and paperwork
- Cleaning and maintaining office premises
- Dusting tables, cabins, and workstations
- Delivering cheques and documents to vendors, clients, banks, and other stakeholders
- Visiting government and regulatory offices for document submission, collection, and information gathering
- Assisting staff with routine office and administrative tasks
- Handling outdoor office work as required
- Any other office support work assigned by management





Eligibility

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Ability to read and understand basic English
- Honest, punctual, and responsible / Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but is not mandatory
