Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Montessori Educator at Edzion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping early childhood experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating Learning: Guide and facilitate authentic Montessori learning experiences tailored to each child's developmental pace.
- Environment Maintenance: Prepare, organize, and maintain rich, inviting, and orderly Montessori environments.
- Observation & Documentation: Actively observe, document, and support each child’s individual growth and developmental milestones.
- Nurturing Growth: Foster independence, curiosity, and a genuine, lifelong love for learning in a safe workplace.
- Community Building: Build meaningful, positive relationships with children, parents, and families.
- Collaboration:



Partner and collaborate closely with a passionate, professional teaching team to maintain school values.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

We maintain strict quality standards for our educational team. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Certification: Must be strictly IMTC (Indian Montessori Training Courses) or AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) trained.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active classroom teaching experience.
- Preferred Advantage: Prior work experience teaching in IB (International Baccalaureate) or IGCSE schools is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month
- Additional Salary Info: Higher compensation packages are available for highly qualified, experienced, or exceptional candidates.
