We're a product engineering team from Kolkata and we're just getting started.

We are Codebuddy. We work with clients from different industries on a daily basis, and so far, we have worked with 120+ clients in the span of just 5 years.

Job duties

What you'll do

1

Automation & CI/CD

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Infrastructure as Code

Develop and maintain IaC scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Cloud Management

Deploy, monitor, and manage AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud resources for availability, scalability, and security.

Monitoring & Logging

Maintain monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

Collaboration

Work closely with development teams to support their infrastructure and workflow needs.

Security & Compliance

Implement security best practices and compliance standards across environments.

Incident Management

Resolve infrastructure incidents, run root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.

Maintenance

Maintain and help scale existing applications for increased load.

Cost & Performance Optimization

Optimize cost and performance when building pipelines or new infrastructure solutions.

10

Documentation

Contribute to guidelines and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Personality

Others

Education - Any Computer Science or related degree.

Experience - 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.

Experience - 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.

Technical

Tools & Technologies — CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and IaC tools.

Scripting & Programming — Bash, Python, or similar; Puppet or Chef is a plus.

Monitoring & Logging — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk.

Version Control — Strong Git and version control practices.

Problem-Solving — Excellent troubleshooting and ability to think on your feet.

Communication — Strong verbal/written communication with cross-functional teams.

Development Process Knowledge — MERN stack or LAMP stack is an added bonus.

Certifications Optional — AWS DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, CKA, or similar.
