Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee and manage complete factory operations in Wall Putty Factory.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall efficiency of the plant.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management with hands-on factory handling.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and plant operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
