We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships from the time of booking until possession. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, sales, banks, legal, and internal departments to ensure smooth documentation, agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with customers for KYC, documentation, and agreement execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure timely execution of sale agreements and registration.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams.




- Share regular updates with customers regarding project milestones.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
