Responsibilities

- To manage all production activity such as daily production report, shift of labor handling, MIS report to Plant Head / Production manager,
- Planning and control overall production, incoming inspection of material,
- Online production testing and quality test report for daily dispatch material. Audit report for BIS certificate.
- To testing all online production material and raw material coating.
- Job development against requirement as in product of customer, package development, printing and other significant batch test.
- Providing day to day production planning.
- Improved packaging related Engineering changes to meet customer requirements and improve production efficiency.
- Conducted testing to ensure the high quality of the products produced in the plant.
- Ensured product integrity and manufacturing capabilities of the company.
- Assisted in quality control to resolve packaging issues in the manufacturing plant(GSM,BS,CS,ECT,RCT,VT,COBB TEST,PRT,TS).




- Reviewed production and operation reports of manual plant and automatic plant also
- Provided packaging support to clients brand product and consumable device products.
- Collected and analyzed data to validate new packaging concept.
- Maintained record and data to ensure high quality control.

Requirements

- 5-6 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage high volume manufacturing activities.
- Ability to increase production efficiency with implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Ability to provide technical and non-technical support to the production team.
- Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to increase teamwork and achieve result.
- Robust leadership and teamwork attributes.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, & windows (o.s)
