Area of Responsibility:-
* Assist in complete store setup for new store openings as per company guidelines.
* Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments accurately.
* Pack, seal, tag, and prepare stock for delivery and store placement.
* Stack, arrange, and display merchandise according to approved layouts and SOPs.
* Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability and material requirements.
* Conduct accurate price tagging and labeling of products.
* Ensure fixtures, racks, and promotional materials are installed as per planograms.
* Support inventory checks and maintain proper stock documentation.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet store opening deadlines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Fresher–2 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse, or store setup (preferred).
* Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock management.
* Ability to follow SOPs and store layout plans.
* Valuable coordination and teamwork skills.
* Physically fit to lift and move stock when required.
* Attention to detail and time management skills.
