About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world testing processes, tools, and agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in testing web and/or mobile applications to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues
- Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly
- Help create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation
- Report defects with detailed steps to reproduce and collaborate with developers on fixes
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review meetings
- Perform regression, functional, and basic performance testing
- Learn and follow QA best practices and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

Required Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field




- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
