ROLE SUMMARY

- Handle plant-related work for projects and AMC sites
- Ensure plants are healthy and sites are maintained properly

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plant Work

- Select plants based on site conditions
- Prepare plant lists for projects
- Ensure correct planting and soil mix

Site Execution

- Visit sites and supervise planting work
- Guide labour team
- Check quality of work

Maintenance (AMC)

- Manage maintenance of all sites
- Ensure watering, cleaning, pruning
- Identify dead/weak plants and replace

Site Visits

- Check light, space, and suitability
- Suggest plant placement
- Support sales team when required

Team Handling

- Manage gardeners and maintenance staff
- Assign daily work
- Ensure work is completed properly

Inventory

- Coordinate plant procurement
- Track basic stock (plants, soil, materials)

REQUIREMENTS

- Basic knowledge of plants (indoor + outdoor)
- 2–5 years experience preferred
- Ready for site visits across Bangalore
- Can handle team and work independently

NOTE

- This is a practical role
- Candidate should be ready for field work
- Focus is on execution, not theory

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
