Job Title: Production Supervisor

Department: Production
Reports To: Plant Head / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete production department operations.
- Plan and execute daily production schedule as per target.
- Ensure achievement of production quantity and quality targets.
- Supervise machine operators, helpers, and shift staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality standards during production.
- Monitor in-process quality checks and coordinate with Quality Department.
- Control rejection, rework, and wastage in production process.
- Take corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policy.
- Maintain and update ISO-related documents and production records.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Flow documents.
- Support internal and external ISO audits.
- Ensure all production records are properly filled and filed as per ISO requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Department for machine servicing and repairs.




- Ensure proper machine calibration and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure availability of raw materials before starting production.
- Maintain production reports and submit daily/monthly reports to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Conduct shift meetings and provide daily work instructions.
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are strictly followed.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of production staff.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in production area.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Identify training needs and guide workers for skill improvement.
- Handle shop-floor issues and ensure smooth production flow.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
