We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with robust experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high performance of Salesforce applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

- - Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- - Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

- - Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)

- - Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment

- - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications





- - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance

- - Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

- - Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- - 2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

- - Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and LWC

- - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

- - Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles

- - Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes

- - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Skills

- - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

- - Experience with integrations (MuleSoft, third-party APIs)

- - Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

- - Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset
