Job Title: Event Operations Manager

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

We are hiring an experienced Event Operations Manager to manage end-to-end event operations and ensure smooth execution of events. The candidate will be responsible for operational planning, team supervision, vendor coordination, and maintaining quality standards during events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage complete event operations
- Develop operational plans, timelines, and execution checklists
- Coordinate with Event Managers, Coordinators, and Executives
- Manage vendors, production teams, and logistics partners
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling activities
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor operational costs and maintain budget control
- Ensure safety, quality, and company standards




- Handle operational challenges and prepare post-event reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in event operations or large-scale event execution
- Strong leadership and operational planning skills
- Excellent vendor and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule
