WE’RE HIRING: NEWLY QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Location: Ashok Vihar, North Delhi

Role: Founder’s Office – Finance, Operations & Strategic Initiatives

Type: Full-time | In office

We are looking for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to work closely with the Founder’s Office and support multiple business functions across finance, compliance, operations, technology and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Review accounts, cash flows, receivables and payables

* Coordinate taxation, ROC and statutory compliances

* Prepare MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reports

* Support audits, reconciliations, notices and documentation

* Assist in budgeting, internal controls, SOPs and process improvement

* Coordinate with teams, professionals, vendors and stakeholders

* Track assignments from discussion to execution and closure

* Support finance, compliance and operational automation initiatives

* Assist with research, presentations and special projects





* Contribute to cross-functional operational priorities

We are looking for someone who is:

* A newly qualified Chartered Accountant

* Strong in accounting, taxation and financial analysis

* Organised, dependable and execution-focused

* Interested in finance, operations, technology and business strategy

* Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities

* Valuable at documentation, communication and professional coordination

* Willing to learn, take ownership and grow with the role

* Residing in or around Ashok Vihar, North Delhi, or within a practical commuting distance

Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby, as this is a fully on-site role requiring regular coordination with the Founder’s Office.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
