Geek Creative Agency is looking for Group Account Manager, to join us.

Job Description:
- Lead a team of account managers along with managing multiple clients
- Look for additional billing opportunities and responsible for maximising the account expansion
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers. Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Build and manage Advertising and communication strategies by playing an integral role in new business pitches and on boarding of recent clients
- Work closely with all internal teams, contribute ideas and projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required:
- Min 3-4 yrs of Account Management /client Servicing experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage
