Roles & Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development: Build the FrothDesk agent workspace, customer self-service portal, admin console and HSE / onboarding dashboards in ReactJS.

2. Component Systems: Deliver reusable, accessible component libraries and data-dense enterprise UIs — ticket queues, SLA views, dashboards, dynamic forms and reporting screens.

3. API Integration: Integrate with FrothDesk's Python services and OTOBO web services over REST and GraphQL and also Node.Js for some of the services.

4. Data Visualization: Implement operational and HSE reporting views using charting / dashboard libraries.

5. Quality: Write component and integration tests; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.

6. Performance & Security: Optimise React performance and apply front-end security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure SSO authentication).

Requirements

1. 3 to 5 years of hands-on front-end development: including at least 3 years dedicated to ReactJS.

2. Core Web: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

3. ReactJS: Deep knowledge of hooks,



state management and component lifecycle; ability to build reusable, accessible, data-dense enterprise UIs.

4. State Management: Experience with Redux or the Context API and Node.Js for a Full Stack Development.

5. TypeScript: Strongly preferred (we write most new code in TypeScript).

6. RESTful & GraphQL APIs: Ability to integrate with backend services and OTOBO web services.

7. Version Control / Git: Proficient with Git and branching strategies.

8. Testing: Experience with Jest, React Testing Library or similar.

9. Security Best Practices: Knowledge of XSS, CSRF and secure authentication (SSO / SAML / Entra ID).
