Sigzen Technologies — a certified ERPNext & Frappe partner in Ahmedabad — is hiring a junior functional consultant to learn ERPNext deeply, support real client implementations under senior guidance, and work AI-native from day one. This is business-side consulting — you map processes, gather requirements, and configure ERPNext. No coding is required.

What you’ll do

- Grow through three stages — shadow senior consultants, assist under review, then own smaller modules and workstreams.
- Turn discovery calls and workshops into structured notes and first-draft requirement documents.
- Configure ERPNext modules in test environments; help build BRD/FRS, test cases, UAT, and training docs.
- Support data migration prep and act as first-line support during go-live and hypercare.
- Work AI-first — turn transcripts into requirements and draft specs, tests, and SOPs with AI, then review critically.

Must have

- Degree in commerce, business, IT, or engineering — or equivalent capability.
- Solid grasp of business and accounting fundamentals — or a fast, provable ability to learn them.




- Explicit written and verbal communication; genuinely client presentable.
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing and corrected.
- You already use AI tools in your daily work, or you’re eager to.

Nice to have

- Any ERP/ERPNext exposure — coursework, projects, or a prior internship.
- Frappe/ERPNext certification, basic SQL/BI literacy, or a finance/accounting background.
