Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Coders: Accurate coding of medical records using ICD/CPT guidelines
- AR Analysts: Analyze and resolve outstanding claims, identify denial trends
- AR Callers: Handle insurance follow-ups, ensure timely reimbursement (End to End RCM preferred)
Requirements:
- 13 years of relevant experience in medical billing/coding/AR processes
- Proven track record of performance and target achievement
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good understanding of US healthcare processes
