About Us

Karapuzha Adventure Zone is one of Kerala's fastest-growing adventure tourism destinations, located at the scenic Karapuzha Dam in Wayanad. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Brand & Talent Executive.

This role combines digital marketing, influencer management, recruitment, and brand representation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, travelling, and building exciting experiences.

Job ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers.
- Monitor account performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.

Influencer Marketing

- Identify and connect with influencers and content creators.
- Plan and manage influencer visits to the park.
- Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
- Coordinate campaigns and ensure agreed deliverables are completed.

Recruitment & HR

- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.
- Assist with employee onboarding and general HR activities.

Brand Representation

- Attend tourism trade expos, exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Represent the company professionally during official events.
- Build strong relationships with guests, influencers, travel partners,



media, and vendors.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Good interviewing and recruitment skills.
- Confident interacting with guests, influencers, and business partners.
- Valid driving licence with good driving skills.
- Willingness to travel for trade expos, exhibitions, and official company events.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, photography, videography, or video editing will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Karapuzha Adventure Zone, Wayanad, Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
