We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing tax planning, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions
- Assist in financial risk management and cost control measures
- Provide advisory on financial strategies and business growth
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of returns
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, and stakeholders
