In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and broadcast marketing. - Meta Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Broadcast Ads: Plan and execute WhatsApp and SMS broadcast marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Run targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads for various business verticals.
- Content Assistance: Collaborate with designers to develop engaging ad copy, graphics, and video concepts.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor daily campaign budgets, track key metrics, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Audience Research: Identify and target relevant audience segments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Meta Ads Knowledge: Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and custom audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with WhatsApp broadcast tools, Canva, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Skills: Strong written communication skills for ad copywriting and basic data analysis skills.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
