Job Title: Mechanical Operations Manager – Planning, Designing & Execution

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Job Summary

The Mechanical Operations Manager plans, designs, and executes mechanical projects and operations. This role drives productive system performance, on-time project delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy: Develop maintenance schedules, project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Create strategies to boost equipment performance and efficiency. Coordinate with management on operations and improvements.

Design & Engineering: Lead mechanical designs, system layouts, and specifications. Review drawings and documents to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Implement productivity-enhancing improvements.

Project Execution: Manage installation, commissioning, and on-site progress to meet deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and teams. Resolve technical issues.

Operations & Maintenance: Monitor performance, minimize downtime, and maintain records.





Team Management: Supervise engineers, technicians, and staff. Provide training, guidance, and evaluations while enforcing policies and safety standards.

Quality & Safety: Conduct risk assessments, implement safety procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Advanced AutoCAD proficiency.

5–10 years in mechanical operations, project execution, or plant management.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design, maintenance, planning, budgeting, and project management.
