Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for a Payment Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, well-versed with follow-ups, and capable of maintaining accurate records of collection status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to clients/customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain daily collection records and update MS Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for timely payments.
- Achieve daily/weekly collection targets as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in payment collection is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup) is required.
- Knowledge of reconciliation process will be considered for this role.
