Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve dealership sales targets

- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to optimize overall business operations

- Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the dealership

- Monitor and manage sales and marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and dealership operations

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Robust leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower a sales team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Valid driver's license

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
