Software - Cad, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion.
Proficiency in Revit is a must.
Developing design concepts and sketches based on the client’s needs, budget, and site conditions.
Preparing drawings, models, and presentations to communicate the design ideas to the client and other stakeholders.
Collaborating with other architects and consultants to ensure the design meets the technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Reviewing and modifying the design as per the feedback and changes from the client and other parties.
Overseeing the construction and implementation of the design, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the work.
