Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Trainee

Role Overview

- Location: Broadway, Chennai (Near Mannady Metro )
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
- Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹14,500 per month
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Responsibilities (What you will do):

- Daily Bookkeeping: Entering simple purchase and sales bills into Tally or Excel.
- Banking Tasks: Going to the bank for Cheque Deposits, Cash withdrawals, and submitting documents (RTGS/NEFT forms).
- Finance Support: Helping the senior team with GST and TDS filing work.
- Office Admin: Maintaining physical files, vouchers, and bills in the Broadway office.
- Payment Collection: Calling vendors or clients to follow up on pending payments.

Requirements (What you should have):

- Education: Graduate (B.Com or similar) or Diploma in Accounting.
- Tally Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Communication: Ability to speak and read Tamil & English.




- Energy: Must be willing to travel to nearby banks or government offices when required.
- Discipline: Punctual and honest (handling cash/cheques requires high trust).
