Job Description : Job Description (Windows)\\r\\n Group policy \\r\\no Testing GPO based on requirements\\r\\no Applying / Removing GPO\\r\\no Cleaning up GPO\\r\\n Windows Server\\r\\no Server build, hardening, patching, hardening\\r\\no Server installation, configuration, and Troubleshooting.\\r\\no Windows Server upgrade\\r\\no Vulnerability remediations\\r\\no File Server Management \\r\\n AWS\\r\\no EC2 instance builds.\\r\\no AWS Security Group management\\r\\no AWS AMI Management\\r\\n Azure\\r\\no VM Build\\r\\no Azure Update Manager\\r\\n Nutanix \\r\\no Prism Central Management (Deploy, Update, Troubleshoot)\\r\\no AHV Host patching, AOS update\\r\\no SPP Updates\\r\\n Process (ITIL)\\r\\no Handling Tickets (Incidents, Service requests, Change controls, and Problem records.\\r\\no Managing support queue on ServiceNow, acknowledging the tickets on time.\\r\\no Maintaining SLA\\r\\no Handling Priority incidents (P1 , P2).\\r\\no Work on Root Cause analysis\\r\\no Acknowledging and responding Emails on time.\\r\\no Working with OEM Vendor on support cases (MS, AWS, Nutanix, HPE, Etc.,)\\r\\n\\r\\n
