Job Summary

Dobinsons Spring & Suspension is looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have experience in CNC machine setting, operating, tool offset handling, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines (CNC Turning / VMC / Milling).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Perform job setup, offset correction, and tool changes.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain production logs and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.




- Follow safety and machine maintenance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of CNC operating/setting experience.
- Valuable knowledge of machining parameters (feeds & speeds).
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
- Experience with Fanuc (preferred).
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹9,439.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
