JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE - METAL TRADING /MANUFACTURING

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Executive – Marketing to support the marketing and sales activities in the metal trading business. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, quotation handling, order follow-ups, market communication, and maintaining business relationships with clients and vendors.

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and marketing records

- Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments

- Support the sales team with documentation and internal coordination

- Handle email communication and telephonic discussions with customers

- Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and accounts departments





- Maintain customer database and update market information

- Assist in generating new business opportunities and client relationships

- Ensure timely communication regarding pricing and product availability

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing documents

Key skills *

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Basic understanding of metal trading/industrial products preferred

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills

- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask

- Positive analytical and reporting skills

Annual salary range 2.16 to 3.5 LPA

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable

- Experience in trading/manufacturing industry preferred
