Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for digital and print platforms. You must have a robust design portfolio, in-depth knowledge of design software, and the confidence to take creative ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and design creative assets including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, branding materials, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials in alignment with the company’s branding guidelines.




- Present design concepts confidently and take constructive feedback positively.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual content.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident personality that can articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Photography or illustration skills.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
