Job Description – E-commerce Executive (Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, inventory management, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Upload new products and maintain catalogs using Excel templates.
- Monitor product listings for content accuracy and policy compliance.
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability across marketplaces.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Track sales performance and marketplace KPIs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and marketplace campaigns.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related tickets.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.




- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Strong knowledge of catalog management and product listing.
- Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of marketplace policies and listing optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations.
- Experience in D2C or E-commerce companies is preferred.
