Job Description – Creative Intern (Creative Marketing)

About the Role

No Grey Area is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and fashion-forward Creative Intern – Creative Marketing to support the brand’s creative and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, branding, content creation, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.

The intern will work closely with the Creative Marketing team to support campaigns, photoshoots, social media content, and brand communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Creative Marketing team in day-to-day creative and brand-related activities.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, mood boards, and visual storytelling ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Support content creation for social media, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects and campaign requirements.
- Assist in creating engaging fashion and lifestyle content aligned with the brand identity.
- Conduct trend research, competitor analysis, and gather styling references to support creative direction.
- Help prepare marketing presentations, creative decks, and brand communication materials.
- Support photoshoot planning, coordination, styling references, and content organization.

Educational Qualification

Candidates pursuing or completed a Degree/Diploma in any of the following are preferred:

- Fashion Communication
- Fashion Design
- Visual Communication




- Graphic Design
- Media / Mass Communication
- Marketing / Branding (Fashion/Lifestyle preferred)

Skills Required

- Strong creative thinking and aesthetic sense.
- Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- Understanding of social media content creation and fashion/lifestyle branding.
- Ability to create mood boards and creative concepts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of photography, videography, or video editing.
- Portfolio showcasing creative work, college projects, styling, fashion communication, content creation, or visual design.
- Interest in fashion marketing, creative branding, and brand communication.
