Role Overview: Creates flat visual assets andprinted/digital materials that communicate event branding, information, andaesthetics. Designs and visualizes 3D spaces, structures, and environments forevents before they are built or set up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design event collateral such as posters, flyers, banners, invitations, tickets, and brochures
- Develop event branding — logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
- Create digital assets for social media, email marketing, and event websites
- Design stage backdrops, signage, and wayfinding graphics
- Produce photo booth frames, step-and-repeat banners, and sponsor boards
- Work on menus, programs, seating charts, and name badges
- Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure production-ready files
- Adapt brand assets across various formats and sizes.
- Create 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of event venues, stages, and booth setups
- Design custom fabrication elements — stages, counters, display structures, and installations
- Develop technical drawings and layouts for construction teams and vendors




- Produce photorealistic renders for client approvals and presentations
- Design exhibition stands, trade show booths, and branded environments
- Collaborate with production, AV, and lighting teams to integrate technical requirements
- Create virtual event environments and immersive experiences (AR/VR)

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Minimum 2 - 3 yrs of independent project handling, print production knowledge, leading design direction, Independent 3D visualisation, client presentations
- Strong typography and colour theory knowledge
- Understanding of print production and file specifications
- Creative eye for layout and composition
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- Knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, KeyShot)
- Understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings
- Solid communication with fabrication/production teams
