Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation framework development, Salesforce testing, SOQL validation, and end-to-end integration testing. This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute automation frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce data and business processes using SOQL.
- Execute end-to-end integration testing across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and reusable test assets.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
- Lead QA best practices, test planning, and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall QA Automation experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Testing experience.
- 2+ years of practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Strong experience in automation framework development.
- Valuable knowledge of SOQL for Salesforce data validation.
- Hands-on experience in integration and end-to-end testing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISEB or ISTQB Certification.
- Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring QA team members.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and project delivery timelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce testing best practices and automation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
