Strong knowledge of QA practices, test automation frameworks, and effective resource management is essential. Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee QA and test automation projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and communication.
- Work with teams to implement processes and deliver optimized solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Track and report project metrics, including profitability, quality, and risks.
- Collaborate with technical leads to align deliverables with customer goals and ensure bug-free implementation.
- Use knowledge of QA practices and test automation frameworks to provide guidance to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing QA and test automation projects.
- Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing practices and tools.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.
