:Job Responsibility :

§ Pre-Shipment Documents

§ Post Shipment Documents

§ Certificate of Origin

§ Risk Management of export and import consignment and manage insurance portal.

§ Liaese with CHA, Forwarders, Shipping Lines for timely export the goods in desired vessel.

§ Liaese with CHA, shipping line to clear the imported goods from customs under Advance Authorization.

§ GST Refund on exported goods

§ Track the export and import consignments

§ Prepare and submit reports (MIS) to sales team/ management.

§ Liaese with DGFT, Customs for Advance Authorization and RoDTEP respectively. (Advance Authorization application to closure of AA)

§ Liaese with Bank for Inward and Outward remittance regularization.





§ Co-ordination with Sales Team and Production Team for timely export.

§ Knowledge of DBK and other incentive benefit is desired

§ Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook if preferably

Skills

:

Well versed with MS office (Preference to be given to candidate having work experience in SAP)

Valuable communication skills (Written and oral)

Good interpersonal skills
