HireBent is hiring a Manager – Business Applications for a leading organization in the container shipping and maritime sector.
The role will be responsible for managing enterprise business applications, overseeing application-related projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, and ensuring project deliverables are completed within the agreed scope and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of business application projects.
- Define and track project KPIs, milestones, risks and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management.
- Audit and validate technical and functional project deliverables.
- Coordinate with external software vendors and monitor their performance.
- Manage vendor SLAs, support contracts and project commitments.
- Work closely with business, technology and shipping operations teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related challenges.
- Support enterprise application implementation, integrations and process improvements.
- Lead and guide team members involved in application delivery and project governance.
Required Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in business applications, business analysis, application implementation or technology project management.
- Strong experience in the container shipping or maritime industry.
- Experience managing enterprise application or ERP implementation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of team-handling or team-leadership experience.
- Experience managing external software vendors and project deliverables.
- Good understanding of project governance, PMO processes and application support.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar project-management platforms.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
