Experience Required

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural & ID drafting.
- Middle East experience preferred (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait projects).

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in architectural & ID detailing and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and fabrication details for works in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed drawings for arch and ID items.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site engineers, and production teams.
- Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, material requirements, and industry standards.




- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing documentation records.
- Coordinate with factory and site teams for production and installation requirements.
- Follow company CAD standards and submission procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in arch/ID drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Valuable knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and detailing standards.
- Ability to understand architectural and interior design drawings.
- Experience in consultant submissions and shop drawing approvals.
- Knowledge of Middle East standards and project procedures is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
