Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell ICX German Dental Implant Systems to dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons, and dental institutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with dental professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while continuously expanding the customer base.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and maintain healthy receivables.
- Plan and execute product demonstrations, clinical meetings, and customer visits.
- Organize Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs, workshops, seminars, and hands-on training programs in coordination with the Marketing Team to increase product awareness and generate business opportunities.
- Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build relationships with leading implantologists in the assigned territory.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence regarding pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, visit reports, payment collection reports, and monthly business plans.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences,



and dental events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- New doctor acquisition and active customer development.
- Timely collection of customer payments.
- Number of seminars, CDEs, and promotional events organized.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Growth of implant sales within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline). BDS, MDS, MBA (Marketing), or Life Science background will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Dental Implants, Dental Equipment, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in dental implant sales will be highly preferred.
