Bituchem is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have experience in the chemical industry and are passionate about supporting sales operations, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing and execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and sales data.
- Provide operational support to the sales team and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations in the chemical industry.
- Good understanding of chemical products and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
