Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations and support sales coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth internal processes while aligning operations with business and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data analysis

Sales Operations:

- Support sales team with order processing and dispatch coordination
- Track sales orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update customer and distributor databases
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with distributors for order planning and fulfillment
- Ensure timely communication between sales and internal teams




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support packaging, dispatch, and supply chain activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Operations/Management preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations/logistics/sales coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in healthcare/IVD industry (added advantage)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management
